Saint’s Place is a volunteer organization, based on Christian values, that provides household goods, clothing, and education to legal refugees of all races and creeds who settle in the Rochester, NY area to escape violence, discrimination and poverty. Mothers for Others met at Saint’s Place in October where the women helped sort clothing and household items for the many legal refugees needing supplies for the coming winter. Helpers spent 2 hours organizing and were then treated to giant, delicious apples to take home.
