24 Mercy & McQuaid Juniors and Seniors along, with 7 parents, brought donations of food, water and clothes to the House of Mercy team, caring for the community’s homeless!
Previously homeless, House of Mercy volunteer workers and Kelly Finnigan, Social Worker and McQuaid Alum, shared much of their knowledge of the homeless situation in Rochester. Then the M&M Service volunteers helped with spring cleaning of the interior and exterior of the House of Mercy’s, yard work, letter/envelope mailing of their thank you letters, food prep and participated in mass.
Kelly Finnigan and Sister Grace encouraged student and parents to come back and offer their help for the homeless. Thank you to all who participated!
